He was born in 1984 in Ankara . He started his medical education at Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine . After completing his medical education, he received his specialization in Erzurum Atatürk University, Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.

Op., who has been dealing with only rhinoplasty and health for over 10 years. Dr. Oğuz Kaan Önder has so far brought rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty patients from all over the world and Turkey to their new healthy noses with a very high success rate and has advanced experience in rhinoplasty . It is known for having very high patient satisfaction both in Turkey and abroad.
